Civil war that confronted Carlists, supporters of the Infante Carlos Maria Isidro de Borbon, against the Isabelinos (Elizabethans), defenders of Isabel II and the regent Maria Cristina de Borbon. Attack of Agurdin (6 January 1834). The Carlists were positioned at the top of Agurdin, over the port of Gorbea.
