The Red Fort in Agra, India was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 and added to by Shah Jahan. The Fort is protected by of colossal walls over 20m high. Akbar built a palace within the Fort for his son Jehangir. It is a blend of Hindu and Central Asain architectural styles.
