He was aprosperous farmer and also a selectman of the son, Charles, father of Charles F., was the next insuccession. He was born April 18, 1822, and married,in August, 1844, Celinda J. Hazeltine, born July 31,1825. He has been a successful farmer, has served asselectman and represented his town in the legislature in1891 and 1893. Charles Franklin Kimball, son of Charles and CelindaJ. (Hazeltine) Kimball, was born on the homestead,March 15, 1853, and has ever resided there. He wasunited in marriage, September 3, 1874, with MarthaElla Copp of Methuen, Mass., born September 3, have one son, Charles Allen Kimball, born July17, 187
