PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 19, 2016) Seaman Savannah Sturgis, from Seattle, and Ebubchi Achor, from Abuja, Nigeria, troubleshoot malfunctioning windshield wipers on the navigation bridge of the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Sturgis and Achor manually operated the wipers to identify whether or not the malfunction was due to mechanical or electrical issues.
