16th September 2017, Glastonbury, Somerset. After a fine but cool day in Glastonbury the skies quickly developed into a thunderstorm over the famous St Michaels Tower on the Tor. People continued to explore the peak of the hill despite flashes of lightning and rumbles of thunder. Heavy down pours swept across the ancient landscape causing localised flooding.
