BLADDER, X-RAY RESULT
The urinary bladder in a muscular reservoir for the urine produced in the kidneys. The urine arrives in the bladder via two tubes called the ureters. In adults, the bladder an retain about 450 ml urine. The lower part of the bladder has a neck which is closed by a sphincter. When the sphincter opens urine is evacuated via the urethra. Moderately full.
