Anti-war protesters outside the QEII Centre on the morning the Chilcot report was being published demand that Tony Blair who lied and deceived MPs and the British people to wage an illegal war on Iraq should be impeached as a war criminal. Police hindered the protest by unnecessarily keeping open the side road to traffic and ordering people off of it onto narrow pavements.
