Jason Kirch of the Wisconson National Guard during the Sprint race event for the Chief National Guard Bureau Biathlon Championships at Soldier Hollow, Utah on Sunday, February 25th, 2018. Cooper is a future Olympic hopeful and a favorite for the weeklong competition which will include National Guard and civilian competitors from 24 different states.
