The bottom-bar is three-eighths of an inch narrower than the remainder of the frame, so that when two frames are side by side, there is three-eighths of an inch space between the bot- tom-bars, though the top and side pieces are close together. In case sections are used that are open on all sides, then the ends of the section-frames must also be narrow.
