They are highly prized by exhibitors, anil warmly commended by the pidilic wherever used. The lower part is gummed so that they can be stuck to the upper end of a bill, and then the ring will slip over a nail or tack, and suspend the bill. They will be found convenient to use in windows, rooms etc., where it is not desirable to put up bills with paste or tacks, and they-will hang longer than when tacked up.
