(Paradoxa.) A pretty spring flowering variety which produces its flowers in globular heads from the axils of the foHage in sach a manner as to completely envelop the plant in a pleasing light yellow ; an excellent plant for Easter forc- ing, succe^ing under the same culture as the Azaleas. A nice lot of bushy plants. 5-inch pots, 50 cts. each ; $ per doz. Acalypha Sanderi. (Chenille or Dewey Plant). One of the most interesting plants of recent introduction. It is of strong vigorous growth with large dark green foliage, from each axil of which, one to two feet long and nearly an inch thick, chenille-like spikes of velvety crim- son flowers are gracefully suspended. 75 cts. per doz. ; $ per 100.
