Marble torso of a Roman Emperor wearing a ciurass rendered with emblems of a military leader. He wears a short chiton, chlamys and a ciurass depicting a Gorgon in relief, together with a representation of a marine group comprising Nereids riding seahorses, and dolphins in the waves. Julio-Claudian age c. 14-68 AD.
