HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (August 18, 2018) - A Marine with Task Force Southwest prepares for a security patrol near Bost Airfield. The patrol allowed Marines to assist the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces through the use of mortar illumination rounds, enabling the ANDSF to continue to provide security and conduct combat operations in Helmand province.
