Strandquist presents the American flag representing the honorable service and faithful dedication of Seaman 1st Class Joseph Johnson, killed aboard USS Oklahoma (BB-37) on Dec. 7, 1941, to Johnson’s brother-in-law and WWII veteran Norm Ebner.
