Terania Creek Australia
Terania Creek was the scene of a long hard protest in the 1979. A collection of hippies and conservations stood up to loggers and police to finally win the battle when Neville Wran's labor government created the Nightcap National Park in 1983. They succeeded in protecting the remaining 2% of what had been one of Australia's largest rain-forest enclaves.
