Ludmila Bulavka from Bakhmut Community of Dog Rescue points out the damage from shelling at the shelter in recent days. The shelter which cares for 160 dogs ahs come under fire. As the frontline moves closer to the town of Bakhmut, shelling has occurred around the dog shelter killing 1 dog.
