MANILA, Philippines (August 31, 2018) A Royal Thai Marine Police Officer and a Philippine Coast Guardsman breach a hatch while participating in a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure seminar as part of Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) 2018 aboard Philippine Coast Guard Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. This is the 17th annual SEACAT exercise and includes participants from the , Brunei, Bangladesh, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
