Jessie Higa, a volunteer historian and event organizer, gives keynote remarks during a ceremony commemorating servicemembers honored for their bravery during the Dec. 7th attack on Pearl Harbor and Oahu at Bellows Air Force Station, Hawaii, Dec. 8th, 2016. Approximately 100 people, including family members of several honored veterans, came together in recognizing the bravery displayed on the day of the attacks.
