ATLANTIC OCEAN- (Dec. 15, 2016) Sailors assigned to the guided- missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) embark a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) for a parts and personnel transfer with the guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58). Philippine Sea is underway conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the George Bush Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
