Friends relax in the warm mineral waters of Gyogy-To at Heviz on Lake Balaton Hungary
The Gyogy-To at Heviz on the south west tip of Lake Balaton is Europe's largest thermal lake. The lake is fed by a hot spring that produces 80 million litres of warm water a day. The temperature never drops below 26 degrees C even in winter. The lake is a popular cure and people come for treatment for rheumatic and related conditions.
