A short wheellock rifle, circa 1730/40. Barrel does not belong. Replacement furniture. Two-stage barrel, octagonal then round with smooth bore in 17 mm calibre. Lock has interior wheel. On the lockplate a finely engraved portrayal of a hunter hunting bear with a wheellock rifle. Double set trigger. Original wooden stock lavishly carved with rocaille decoration. The last 10 cm of the forearm with horn nose cap as well as the patchbox lid are replacements. The richly engraved brass furniture are recent replacements. Wooden ramrod with horn tip. Length cm. hi,
