This is a dainty little Primrose for the window or conservatory, and blooms freely and continu- ously the greater part of the year. Plants are easily grown from seeds, and when started in the spring the plants will bloom abundantly through- out the following winter, and during the spring and summer months. Indeed, it seems as if they cannot cease to hloom until their vitality is ex- hausted, and death ensues. Literally, they "bloom themselves to ; The exquisite little blooms are produced in whorls, as shown in the engraving, and they are of a delicate rosy-lilac color, charming everyone by their chaste beauty. I have grown it from seeds for several years, and freely recommend it. A few pots of this charm- ing Primrose were on exhibition last fall at the Autumn Flower Show of the Pennsylvania Hor- ticultural Society, and attracted general admira- tion by the delicacy and loveliness of its bloom. New Giant Fringed Primula ©bconica. Mixed varieties, 3 cents per packet 4 packets 10 cents. This is One of the most floriferous and showy of Primroses, and is a superb wmter-blooming plant. It is easily grown from seeds, and the plants come into bloom in six or seven months after the seeds are sown. The flowers are much larger than the old-fashioned P. obconica, are borne in big clusters on long stems, and are of many exquisite shades of color, and are both plain and fringed in form. The plants are true perennials, and can be depended upon to bloom in the window for several years. They are as certain to bloom as a Chinese Primrose, and for window culture may be classed with that popular flower. 1 can supply the charming colors, lilac and rose, also
