The smaller stock could be had at from $10 to $20 per hundred. Among the fa- vorites in chrysanthemums were white and yellow Eager, Richmond, Colonel Appleton, Golden Glow and America. Pompons sold at from $3 to $5 per dozen bunches. Carnations have been bringing $3 and $4 per hundred, with Laddie selling well at $6 per hundred. Carnations are off crop and the quality is not extra good at this time. There is little de- mand for carnations, however, due to the presence in the market of large (|uantities of chrysanthemums. Lily of the valley is still bringing $8 per hun- dred. Orchids are priced at $12 and $18 l)er dozen and are extremely hard to get in quantity at those prices.
