Giordano provided astute legal and policy advice to the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), where he was instrumental in the successful defense of five contract bid protests with a total value of over $7 million dollars. Working closely with the MCINCR-RCO contracting team and the contracting customers, he quickly identified the Marine Corps’ actions in evaluating and awarding the contracts, and helped develop decisive strategies and plan of actions that allowed the Marine Corps to take corrective action and achieve an ultimate successful re-award of the contract or continuation of the awarded contract.
