The State Command Sergeant Major for Puerto Rico, Juvencio Mendez, together with the senior enlisted advisor to the chief of the National Guard Bureau, Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Kepner, visited on Oct. 6 some of the National Guard troops currently working in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria across Puerto Rico.
