The California National Guard works with Bulgarian Soldiers to train Ukrainian troops on the medical evacuation lanes at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center at Rapid Trident Sept. 4, 2018. Maj. Scott and 2nd Lt. Collins are Combat Lifesaver certified and use their medical knowledge to better prepare the Ukranian troops.
