Hewes & Co., Cambridge, Mass. W. W. Hannell, of Watervliet, is cut- ting some tine gladioli, wiiich are soiling well. Mr. Ilannell is rebuilding and re- planting several benches in his rose houses and is getting ready to house his carnations. In the field he has some fine heathers and hydrangeas, on which ho spociali/.t's. Tho cychiiuoiis at the Hannell range also are in fine condition. E. P. Tracey and his brother, Thomas, are planning to motor to the convention at Detroit, leaving Albany August 17. F. A. Danker expects to go to the con- vention with the New York delegation.
