The dwellings are insuites of three and four rooms, not large,but comfortable, and with good water ar-rangements. The annual rent of these they found their dwellings healthy andcomfortable, though 1 was puzzled to thinkwhere all the children I saw could bestowed away. Mr. Krupp has providedone or two bathing establishments, thoughthe arrangen)ents for bathing are farfrom complete, and, especially, I coulddiscover none for women.
