JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, WASH. - Green Berets with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) preform flutter kicks on the edge of a pool while being sprayed and doused with buckets of water during the Maritime Assessment Course at Keeler Pool on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Jan. 27. The Maritime Assessment Course is a prerequisite course that physically and mentally challenges the Green Berets and provides them with the skills needed for the rigors of the Combat Diver Qualification Course.
