Add the dry strychnine, soda, and saccharin, then the corn syrup and glycerine; stir thoroughly. Pour the hot mixture over the oats, turning and stirring until each kernel is coated. Spread the coated grain out in a thin layer until the coating is thoroughly dried. Then store in a can or sack, properly labeled as POISON, until used.
