NEW YORK - Coast Guard crewmembers from Station Fire Island help transfer a man they rescued to Emergency Medical Service personnel on May 16, 2017, in Babylon, New York. The man overturned in his kayak and spent over an hour clinging to a mooring buoy before the rescue crew arrived on scene.
