NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 16, 2018) Gas Turbine Systems Technician 1st Class Andrew Blalock, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98), kisses his loved one upon the ship’s return to home port. Forrest Sherman returns to Naval Station Norfolk following the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group’s (HSTCSG) deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 2nd, 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
