Entitled 'Coming forth and entering the Netherworld' these images have been interpreted thus: on the left a seated man with the emblem of 'endless life' in his right hand and also on his head; his left hand is stretched over the Eye of Horus. The standing red man extends his arms over plans of two artificial lakes associated with the birth of Osiris. Next comes a gate called 'The Door of the Funeral Passages' followed by the Eye of Horus on a pedestal and then great cow is 'Mehurit, the Eye of Ra'. Last, the funereal chest of Osiris, surrounded by three of the four children of Horus, with the Sun Ra rising from it with the sign of life in each hand. From the Book of the Dead, the papyrus of Ani. 1275 BC.
