Head moderate ; snout rounded; inter- orbital space broader than the upper eyelid; tympanum distinct, two thirds the size of the eye. Fingers moderate; toes moderate, eatirely webbed; tips of fingers and toes dilated into well-developed disks; a smaU, oval, inner metatarsal tubercle. The hind limb being carried forwards along the body, the tibio-tarsal articulation reaches the snout. A narrow glandular lateral fold, indistinct in old specimens. Blackish brown above, with reddish-white spots, arranged into indistinct cross bands on the limbs.
