Large scale search for Missing Person Alistair Lovie on the Isle of Raasay, Scotland.
This is from the following Police PR - Police Scotland officers in Skye are currently carrying out enquiries to trace 73 year old Alistair Lovie who has been reported missing from the Inverarish area of the Isle of Raasay. Alistair was last seen walking at a disused mine area north of Inverarish about 11:00 am on Sunday the 31st of March 2019. He is described as 5ft 10, medium build with brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen he was wearing a black jacket, jeans, a black cap, a blue shirt and a red jumper. Police Sergeant David Canning, of Portree Police Office states “We are growing increasingly concerned for Alistair as he suffers from dementia and is likely to have lost his way whilst out walking. Alistair is reasonably physically fit but he may be in a confused state. I would urge anyone who was walking in the Rasaay area today or who lives in the area and has seen Alistair today to contact Portree Police on 101.
