Ensign Clemmer of the USCGC Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) shows cadets from the Federated States of Micronesia's Fisheries and Maritime Institute navigation aboard the ship moored in Yap on Nov. 3, 2022. The exchange included shipboard familiarization covering seamanship, navigation, law enforcement, damage control, engineering casualty control, and small boat operations. In addition to the knowledge exchange, the Oliver Henry crew presented FSM FMI with 100 PFDs donated by CGFMSG.
