A day after an attemped military coup in Russia and during a working trip to Zaporizhzhia region, President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the frontline positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Melitopol sector. At the command post, the Head of State listened to the report of Commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi. The President was informed about the overall operational situation in the frontline area, the dynamics of advancement in the main directions and the need for certain types of weapons.
