City Hall, London, UK. London Mayor Boris Johnson today, 2 November, launched the third London Poppy Day outside City Hall which is going to take place tomorrow, 3 November. There will be a massive fundraising effort by 1,000 collectors who will target 60 tube stations across the capital in a bid to raise £500,000 in 12 hours - the most ambitious day of fundraising in The Royal British Legion's history. Barclays supports the fundraising and has agreed to donate £1 for every one of the estimated 20,000-30,000 "Boris Bike" trips made on 3 November.
