Frederick William Watkins, of the City of Hamilton, dry goods merchant,being duly sworn, deposeth and saith : that he and others left Niagara Falls forHamilton, by the express train of the Great Western Railway Company, at 10-30, of the morning of Thursday the 6th day of July last past. Among otherpassengers he was accompanied by Messrs. John Galbraith, Levi Beemer andLindsay Crawford, of the City of Hamilton. They occupied the last car of thetrain.
