Bangkok, Thailand. 17th Nov., 2013. Thais float their Krathongs in Benjasiri Park during the Loy Krathong Festival, Bangkok, Thailand. Loy Krathong (also written as Loi Krathong & known as "The Festival of Light") is celebrated annually throughout Thailand and certain parts of Laos and Burma. The name could be translated ''Floating Crown'' or ''Floating Decoration'' and comes from the tradition of making buoyant decorations which are then floated on a river.
