NEWPORT, (Dec. 6, 2013) Lt. Cmdr. Francis Brown, administration officer for the Naval War College (NWC), runs for a first-down during an Army-Navy flag football game at Nimitz Field at Naval Station Newport. The game was held as a precursor to the college football rivalry game between Naval Academy, Navy Midshipmen, and Military Academy, Army Black Knights, scheduled for Dec. 14, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa. The NWC Navy flag football team triumphed over the NWC Army team with a final score of 24-0.
