A broadclub cuttlefish (Sepia latimanus). Like most cephalopods, the species is remarkably intelligent. It displays a range of colours and textures which are used for purposes of both camouflage and communication. It preys mainly on shrimps and other small crustaceans, which some reports indicate are mesmerized when it pulsates rhythmically.
