It is a substantial printing machine capable ofturning out as good work as any of the large, cumber-some, high priced, professional pieces of apparatus. It consists of a box containing two electric lamps,one a sixteen-candlepower lamp for the exposing ofthe print, and the other a small ruby pilot light. Whenthe lift is raised and the negative and paper are beingplaced in position, the ruby lamp is burning, thus afford-ing the operator an opportunity of looking through hisnegative and properly placing his mask and paper.
