Traditional shop front of Walkers Bookshop, Newsagent & Stationers in historic Gothic House, Stamford High Street, Lincolnshire, England. Originally a medieval building dating from the 1700s it was the workshop of Clockmaker Thomas Rayment, whose name appears on one of the original oak beams in the roof with a date of 1788. There's also grandfather clock in the shop that was made over 200 years ago by Thomas Rayment in the same building.
