Maj. Thomas Shanahan, from the NATO Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices Centre of Excellence based in Madrid, Spain, has his hearing tested during Regulator Week in Valencia, Spain. Dozens of Soldiers assigned to NATO units in Spain and Portugal participated in the week-long event to get up to date on Army training, medical and administrative requirements Jan. 23-26. The training was provided by Soldiers, Airmen and civilian employees from Italy, Germany and Spain.
