PITI, Guam (May 09, 2017) Cmdr. Thomas O’Donnell, commanding officer of Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723), explains the submarine’s mission and maritime capabilities in the torpedo room during a House Armed Services Committee (HASC) staff member submarine tour, May 9. The HASC staff members toured various commands on Guam including Oklahoma City and Joint Region Marinas to gain a greater understanding of Navy programs, equipment and facilities located within the Pacific area of responsibility.
