A rapid growing tree, which bears fine fruit. M. fastig-iata. A very compact pyramidal grower; leaves large ; fruit dark brown; sweet. M. New American. Fruit large and of fine quality. Tree rapid growing and perfectly hardy here. It bears delicious fruit from middle of July until autumn.
