Air Force Airmen assigned to the 305th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and the 305th Aerial Port Squadron conduct Multi-Capable Airmen training onboard a C-17 Globemaster on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, , Sept. 20, 2022. The MCA course was designed to train crew chiefs on aerial port hard skills, enabling them to minimize manning and equipment deficiencies within a deployed environment.
