Giant Helicopter damselfly, (Microstigma rotundatum family Pseudostigmatidae) roosting at night in the rainforest understory, Ecuador. Helicopter damselflies fly with a characteristic slow wing beat and feed on spiders which they pluck out of their webs. A roosting dragonfly is hanging onto the wings of the damselfly.
