If the tourist has only a limited time to cover southern NewEngland, it is strongly recommended that he take the Hartfordboat from New York some afternoon, landing in Connecticutscapital at seven the next morning. He might take the eastside limited to Springfield, dine there, devote a few hours tothat city, and return by the west side in time to catch the 5p.
